A Quick Note

There are two projectors, and two Kramer switchers, which makes things a bit more complicated in this room. The top switcher is labelled North, and is connected to the north projector (if you're facing the projection screens, the north projector is on your left). The second switcher is labelled South, and is connected to the south projector. The north switcher offers a lot more functionality—DVD/VHS playback, Blu-ray playback, laptop playback with audio over VGA & HDMI—while the south switcher can only display HDMI/VGA video (no audio!) and duplicate whatever is on the North projector. Anything that you want to send to both projectors must go through the North switcher, and then be duplicated to the South switcher from the North. Read on for detailed instructions.
